Every EAILGORL sign starts as a straight length of glass. It is heated, bent, and checked by eye until the letters hold their shape — then mounted on a welded steel frame and run for a full day before it ever leaves the workshop.

What's inside

Four things we don't cut corners on

The parts you can't see matter as much as the glow. Here is what actually goes into every sign.

  • Hand-bent glass tube

    Hand-bent glass tube

    10 mm soda-lime tubing, bent over an open flame one letter at a time. The bend keeps the light continuous along the whole tube.

  • Welded steel frame

    Welded steel frame

    A powder-coated steel frame carries the weight. The glass is only clipped to it, never load-bearing.

  • Low-heat transformer

    Low-heat transformer

    A 100–240 V adapter runs the sign at low temperature, so it can stay on all evening without getting hot to the touch.

  • Acrylic backboard

    Acrylic backboard

    UV-printed acrylic holds the shape and hides the wiring. Metal-only versions are available when you want the tube to float free.

Every component is replaceable — a failed tube or adapter never means a new sign.

The difference

Real glass neon, not an LED strip in a plastic shape

Most “neon signs” online are a flexible LED strip glued inside a cut-out. Ours are gas-filled glass tubes, hand-bent over a flame and mounted on a welded steel frame.
