Before you buy

Every sign is made to order. Built, tested and delivered in 14–21 days from the day you order. Remote addresses can take a few days longer.

Real glass tubing, hand-bent over a flame and filled with gas. The coloured line you see is the glass itself glowing, not a printed shape lit from behind.

Indoor and covered outdoor areas are fine. A porch, covered patio or garage is suitable. It should not be exposed to direct rain or standing water.

Pick the plug for the country the sign will be used in: US, UK, EU or AU. Each option ships with the matching adapter, and the transformer accepts 100–240 V.

The frame comes pre-drilled with the anchors and screws in the box. Three steps, about ten minutes — no wiring, the plug is a standard wall socket.

Send a photo of the damaged section within 7 days of delivery and a replacement tube goes out for that part. You keep the sign; you do not ship it back.

Unopened signs can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once a sign has been unboxed or switched on it cannot be returned, because each one is made individually and cannot be resold as new.
