We are a small workshop, not a call centre. Most messages are answered the same or next business day, Monday to Friday.

Before you order
If you are unsure about size, plug type, or whether a sign suits an outdoor wall, ask first. Send the design you are considering and the space it is going on, and we will tell you what actually works.

About an existing order
Include your order number so we can find it without a back-and-forth. If the question is about a specific sign, add the size and plug you chose.

If something arrived damaged
Send a photo of the damaged section and your order number within 7 days of delivery. A replacement tube goes out for that part — the sign stays with you, you do not ship it back.

Custom and bulk orders
We take custom designs and multi-sign orders for bars, restaurants and offices. Tell us the design, the size and the date you need it by, and we will confirm whether the lead time is realistic before you pay.
