Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed with EAILGORL through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we sell

EAILGORL sells handmade neon signs built from glass tubing, welded steel frames, a transformer and an acrylic or metal backboard. Each sign is made to order.

Because the glass is bent by hand, small variations in tube shape, colour temperature and frame finish are normal and are not defects. Photographs on the site are representative; the sign you receive is made individually.

2. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment clears and we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the design cannot be produced as shown, if the address is incomplete, or if fraud is suspected. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed when the order was placed.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Signs are made to order and typically delivered in 14–21 days inside the United States. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening where possible.

4. Returns, damage and warranty

Returns, replacement tubes and warranty terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Designs and intellectual property

All sign designs, photographs, copy and layout on this site belong to EAILGORL and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

If you supply a design or logo for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline orders that reproduce third-party trademarks without authorisation, and we may cancel such an order and refund it.

Custom orders may be photographed and shown on our site and social channels unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Safe use

Signs are intended for indoor use or covered outdoor use. They must be connected to a compatible power supply using the adapter supplied. Do not modify the wiring, immerse the sign in water, or mount it where it will be exposed to rain, moisture or excessive heat. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or damage to property caused by improper installation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which EAILGORL operates. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
