Every sign is made to order. The glass is bent, mounted on a welded steel frame, run for 24 hours, then double-boxed and sent. That is what the 14–21 days cover.

Neon is not pulled off a shelf. Most of the window is the sign being made, and the rest is the parcel moving.

• Day 0 — you order, we confirm size and plug
• Days 1–3 — glass bent, frame welded, sign runs for 24 hours
• Days 3–5 — double-boxed and dispatched, tracking number emailed
• Days 14–21 — delivered to your address, signature on request

Remote or rural addresses, public holidays and customs checks can add a few days. If you need a sign for a specific date, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.

There is no shipping charge at checkout and no invoice on delivery. The price you see is the price you pay for a parcel sent inside the United States.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop. It usually takes 24–48 hours for the carrier to show movement — a number that looks inactive on day one is normal.

Glass is the one part that cannot be swapped for something cheaper, so it is packed accordingly:

• Double-boxed — the sign sits in an inner box, which sits inside a reinforced outer box
• Shockproof foam — moulded to the frame, not loose filler
• Braced tubes — the glass is tied off so it cannot flex against the frame in transit

Send a photo of the damaged section to eailgorl@outlook.com and we will send a replacement tube for that part. The rest of the sign stays with you — you do not ship it back.

Please send the photo within 7 days of delivery so the part goes out quickly.
