The difference
Real glass neon, not an LED strip in a plastic shape
Most “neon signs” online are a flexible LED strip glued inside a cut-out. Ours are gas-filled glass tubes, hand-bent over a flame and mounted on a welded steel frame.

What shows up at your door
Installation
Three steps, about ten minutes
No wiring work. The frame is pre-assembled and the adapter is a standard wall plug.
Mark and drill
Hold the frame against the wall, mark the two mounting holes, drill and insert the anchors supplied.
Hang the frame
Hook the pre-welded mounting posts onto the anchors and level it. The frame carries the weight, not the glass.
Plug in
Connect the adapter to the lead at the bottom of the frame and switch on. That's it.

Before you buy
Is the glass real, or acrylic?
Real hand-bent glass tube. The colored line you see is the glass itself glowing, not a printed shape lit from behind.
Can it be used outdoors?
It is built for covered outdoor areas such as a patio or porch. Direct rain and full sun will shorten the life of the acrylic backboard, so keep it under cover.
What plug do I need?
Pick your plug at checkout — US, UK, EU or AU. The adapter handles 100–240V, so it works in any of those regions without a converter.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave the workshop in 14–21 business days. US delivery is typically 3–6 business days after dispatch, and shipping is free within the US.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement. Glass is braced and double-boxed, but it does travel a long way.
